Are these insulated? Midweight.. printed fabric, a midweight insulation, and an innerliner. I wear mine early season bowhunting with shorts thru ice fishing with layers.

Are these waterproof? I utilized a quiet fabric with a DWR coating to shed water. They will not keep you dry long term in a steady rain.

Do these cut the wind? Yes, for the most part. When testing these I wore my pair when it was 15 degrees with a 15 mph wind on a ladder stand with a thermal layer and a pair of jeans and stayed relatively comfortable for multiple 4 and 5 hour sits.
